NineStar has been troubleshooting an issue that has been ongoing for the better part of a month. Members being fed out of the Heritage Substation are experiencing blinking lights. Blinking lights are difficult to pinpoint due to the nature and frequency of the blinks. However, NineStar crews are doing everything possible to locate the problem. These crews have replaced breakers, transformers, and have even worked with Wabash Valley Power Alliance utilizing their state of the art equipment. Fortunately, the substation is clear and has no issues. NineStar has a crew dedicated to this feed and will continue to do so until the problem is resolved.
